Which currency do you bill in?
All of our prices are listed in U.S. dollars. When paying with a credit card or PayPal, your bank will determine the exchange rate.
What billing cycles do you offer?
You can choose a monthly, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year or 3 year term. The longer the term you choose the cheaper the price. You can change your billing cycle at any time. All plans are set to auto-renew unless you request a cancellation.
Do you provide 24/7 support?

Do you offer a website builder with templates?
Yes! Our simple site builder comes with over 300 templates in multiple categories. All of the themes are mobile-ready and you can design and publish your website without any coding required.
How long does it take to get my account activated?
We may call you to verify your order but is most cases you will get your activation email within minutes of signing up so you can start using your account immediately. Be sure to put a valid phone number where we can reach you to expedite the process.

Do you allow SSH (shell access)?
Yes, we enable SSH on request, simply submit a ticket to have SSH access enabled on your account.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How does the 'Free Domain' work?
We offer a free domain registration or domain transfer if you signup on a 1, 2 or 3 year billing cycle. We'll register or transfer your domain for free for the first year. Domains will then renew at the regular rates listed on our website. Domains are registered in your name and you retain full ownership.
Do you allow adult content on your servers?
We do allow certain types of artistic material. Please contact our support team for more details.
Can I use Active Server Pages (ASP) on my site?
No, we only use Linux Based Hosting Servers. ASP requires Windows Servers.
